For Immediate Hire: Corporate Office & Home Cleaning
 
Seeking a home and corporate office cleaner who is positive and takes initiative Must be friendly, dependable, organized, detail oriented, meticulous at closing, and flexible.  
 
Corporate Office & House-cleaning duties include:
-Meticulous deep cleaning on an efficient and regular rotation from top to bottom is required
-detailed dusting behind and underneath household items, bookshelves, countertops, furniture, etc
-inside/outside windows within reach/lower level
-baseboards, staircase, and moldings, maintain clean/dust free
-light fixtures, maintain clean/dust free
beds-washing linens and making beds properly
-appliances, fridge, oven stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, sinks, tubs, etc clean inside and out
-cabinets, wipe down, clean glass doors inside/out
-patio, outdoor kitchen, grill, fireplace, furniture, windows, rugs, side porches sweep and wipe down doors
-Family laundry-linens and clothing, familiar with sorting and care of delicate or luxury fabrics, and ironing

-Excellent organization skills
-Minimum 2 years experience as a hands-on housekeeper in a 4,000+ square foot 2-story home with excellent, verifiable references
-Experience cleaning a corporate office environment
-Knowledge of cleaning fine furnishings, fabrics, granite, hardwood, fine linens, professional offices, etc...
-Ability to create and maintain deep cleaning efficient rotation schedule
-Able to communicate well and take direct and constructive criticism from direct supervisor in addition to homeowners.  
-Non-Smokers only
-Pet friendly (2 dogs)
 
$15.00 per hour
Long-term, Part-Time position
Availability/hours needed:
-House approx 10-15 hours/week (Mon-Wed during business hours)
-2 offices approx 7 hours/week combined (weekend + 1 short evening during the week)
